Reliable

"The overriding philosophy at Enphase Energy is that quality and reliability cannot be tested into any product - they must be part of every aspect of the business."

Paul Nahi, President and CEO, Enphase Energy

Enphase Quality and Reliability Philosophy

At Enphase we believe that quality and reliability are the responsibility of the entire company. As such, we follow an end-to-end process - from development through manufacture - based on the principles and philosophy of the Six Sigma Quality Process (GE, Keke R. Bhote). This approach includes the following:

  • The involvement of the quality team at the outset of product definition.
  • Incorporation of field lessons in all new designs.
  • The comprehensive tracking of data and feeding of test experience back to the engineering team.
  • The application of strategies and techniques of carrier-class reliability (99.9999%) to product development and testing.
